The son of a U.S. Air Force Communications Technician, Bill Dawson was born in Ruislip, Middlesex, England in 1961. Inspired by his father's career, Bill attended a Florida Aviation School for a short period, obtaining his private pilot license at 19 years old. However, due to the high unemployment rate at the time and continued tuition expenses, Bill chose to focus his efforts toward obtaining an A.S. in Electronics from UEI in Tampa. Bill secured employment with Xerox in Tampa shortly after graduation but slowly grew weary of the rigid corporate structure and chose to work independently with a family business in electronics repair. Realizing the vast similarities of the HVAC industry to his history involving issues such as airflow, load calculations, principals of physics, and general electronics, Bill began working with a local air conditioning and heating company in 1987, finalizing his objective by obtaining his state HVAC license in 1995 and joining Best Services, Inc. Bill's lifetime of experiences, training and influence in quality assurance has helped facilitate the ethical and customer orientated company we proudly know today as Best Services, Inc. - "Your A/C and Heating Specialists".

Laura Dawson, mother to three daughters and one son is not only a "do-all" homemaker and co-owner of Best Services, Inc., but sets apart the time to proudly commit over a month each year to the U.S. Naval Reserves. Laura moved to Florida to be with her mother in 1992 following an honorable discharge with the U.S. Navy. Laura soon secured an administrative position in the HVAC industry and shortly thereafter established her own company, Best Services, Inc. - "Your A/C & Heating Specialists", to fill the need for an honest, reliable air conditioning and heating service in Tampa Bay. In addition to general customer service, Laura also maintains the permitting, bookkeeping, and account payable/receivables at Best Services. Laura is the friendly voice that answers the phone regardless of the day or time. As she explains, "We should do our BEST to always answer the phone personally. The local community is doing us a favor by considering our service; the least we can do is personally answer their call." Born in Colorado to her mother, a L.P.N. and her father, who worked in Sales for the Iams Company, Laura has a true love for animals as most likely developed by attending numerous dog shows around the country with her father's business. Laura now nurtures her "fifth child", a Pembrook Welsh Corgi, who is often just as demanding as her own children!

Eric Sarine has been in the HVAC industry since 1988 after a successful career in plumbing. Eric, the son of an engineer, realized the HVAC industry would be more of a challenge as it not only incorporates many aspects of plumbing, but electrical, refrigeration and various sciences that are applied to properly maintain an HVAC system. Eric maintains the utmost respect and frequent communication with his past and present peers who have dedicated themselves, as he has, to continually gain knowledge in this extremely complicated industry. Eric accepted co-ownership of Best Services, Inc. in 1999 and has grown from a Level 1 Technician to co-owning his own company. Eric was born in Huntington, New York and relocated to Florida with his parents shortly after high school graduation. Eric enjoys spending off hours with his wife of 13 years on boating excursions, water sports, fishing, church activities and working to guide, direct and develop their young son and daughter.
